Hi,
I updated the comments in math, dynamic_programming, data_structures, and sort folders to the standard Ddoc format.
Also, while testing the code locally with dmd, I got some "Error: cannot implicitly convert expression" errors. I fixed those compiler errors too, and all generated .html files look perfect now.
