Main Changes

• Changed top level main layout from using tables to header, nav, aside components
• Changed top level main layout to use flex layout (maybe not entirely necessary but makes it a bit easier to customize)
• Added media query css to collapse nav and menu bars and basic js to display
• Slight modifications to lesson view to show play controls above text box in small mode

Still todo:

• Test on actual mobile device, make sure switching to keyboard/textarea on lesson start works as expected
• Test remaining pages for mobile layout (only courselesson looked at so far)

Not sure what I think about the two collapsed menu bars at the top. Might play with just having one and maybe having the other main menu be a slide out from the left.

Also thinking will change collapsed top menu bar to show username and logout in it and also make sure that login form is somehow more visibly displayed without having to expand a menu.

Updated to have a slide out side menu. Also updated groups and plaintext page to fit better on mobile. I think this is ready for comments and merge in if you are ok with it.
