v2.3.1: CI Pipeline, WASM deps fix, CSS restoration, TS type fixes
- R3: Gate rodio/tauri/tauri-plugin-log behind cfg(not(wasm32))
- Fix WASM test compilation: gate proptest, add getrandom 0.3 wasm_js
- Restore 8 CSS classes removed over-aggressively (end screen, modeVertical)
- Fix --inline-gap double-scaling (clipped "Duration per number (s)" in fullscreen)
- F1: Add missing auto_repeat_waiting:null in a11y test mocks
- Remove unused from_value import in wasm_bridge_tests
