When compressing agent docs, preserve corrective guardrail strength, keep rationale for judgment-heavy rules, and keep failure-mode rationale for safety-critical rules. Lead with positive actions rather than prohibitions for tradeoff guidance. Addresses dotfiles log.md Obs 1-4.
