Description

All pushes to main will now also upload the specification/ folder in the collection-data bucket in S3.

Related Tickets & Documents

QA Instructions, Screenshots, Recordings

Make sure when pushing to main, the S3 folder specification/ is updated with the changes and it does not edit/delete any other folders in that bucket collection-data.

The changes should also happen in all three environments: Dev/Stagin/Prod
