An package for conveying and transforming information about proteins--ensembles, structures, and measurements. A joint project of Radial Science and Reciprocal Spaceship.
This package is designed to facilitate the exchange and manipulation of measurements of macromolecules, their structural ensembles, and their properties which can be computed from structures. It aims to define a common interface for measurements of macromolecules and for ensembles of macromolecular structures. Potential contributors are encouraged, but by no means required, to implement and contribute ForwardModel and Measurement classes to this package, or to suggest changes to the Structure and StructureDetermination classes.
