Make sure Jake can use the SDE connection provided by SARA to reproducibly download the critical habitat from the SARA database

Context

This is tricky, so its worth having some dedicated attention on this front.

Things to do

• Get access to ARCGis
• Get the SDE
• Extract the critical habitat into a GDB
• Move that to the IN drive
