Five linear steps from install to first migration, every block copy-paste: install (jbang) -> look around with no DB -> point at your DBs -> write an ETL folder -> dry-run then execute. Plus a collapsible, fully runnable Docker demo (two throwaway Postgres DBs, seed, run, verify) - commands verified end-to-end.

The usage guidance was thin. Adds a Quick start to both READMEs: five linear, copy-paste steps (install → explore with no DB → configure → write an ETL migration → dry-run then execute), plus a collapsible fully runnable Docker demo (two throwaway Postgres DBs, seed, migrate, verify) whose commands were tested end-to-end this session.
사용법 안내가 부실해서 양쪽 README에 빠른 시작(설치→DB 없이 둘러보기→연결→ETL 작성→dry-run 후 실행)을 복붙 가능한 5단계로 추가하고, 완전 실행되는 Docker 데모(검증 완료)를 접이식으로 넣었습니다.
