Add pyemscripten wheels to the wheel build.
This isn't the most important development, but I recently did this for arro3 (kylebarron/arro3#502) and geoarrow-rs, so I was able to point Claude at it.
It also helps to enforce a clean separation (with conditional compilation flags) between sync and async paths.
Closes #54
