Adds some hyper links and a few corrections. I reviewed most new contributions from #30 but not exhaustively. The only real substantive change was removing 2 references to VEDA, which indicated titiler-multidim is VEDA-specific. From my perspective,
titiler-multidimis not VEDA specific. VEDA is the only known project which has a deployed instance of titiler-multidim (as mentioned elsewhere in the guide).This content is amazing!!!
