WriteTracker v1.1.0

These are the changes and fixes.

1. Added a new baseline function to the start project dialog. So if you're in the middle of a project, and decide you want to start using Write Tracker, you can just give it your baseline word count, and it will start from there, instead of 0. You won't have to dump that word count into day 1 and taint your totals and averages.

2. Made sure that after the end date had passed, you can no longer add words, which could mess with averages.
