Closing — our biome config is on the 1.x schema. Migrating to 2.x requires a biome migrate pass + verifying the rule set still expresses the project's intent (the 2.x deserializer rejects our ignore/organizeImports shape). Will land as a separate follow-up PR when we choose to migrate; for now we pin biome at 1.9.4 in scripts/package.json on purpose.
