• Partial group work can be stranded on crash-recovery (committed-but-unpushed tasks) #77 — crash recovery: reuse an existing group branch on resume (Part A) and open a PR for committed-but-unpushed work recovered from a prior run instead of stranding it (Part B).

Merging this and cutting GitHub Release v0.0.10 triggers the OIDC npm publish.
