#5 planning-pr：已有 open PR 复用编号；worktree 无未提交变更时跳过 commit 直接 push+建 PR（用户手动提交后不再报 NOTHING_TO_COMMIT） #6 requirements 完成响应提示产物 commit+push 到 main（planning worktree 基于 main HEAD 创建，未提交文件不可见） #7 create-flow 支持 goal/acceptance_criteria 初始填充（不再空 TBD 模板） #8 错误文案指向解法：requirements 确认提示 user_confirmed: true / cabbage:auto 标签 #10 worktree 依赖复用：主工作区 node_modules 符号链接（免每次 1-2 分钟 install，非 Node 项目自然跳过） #11 setup_control 新增 init-repo：git init + 首次提交 + 可选 gh repo create --source . --push（空目录不再靠手动 bash） #12 stage-contract 引用改为技能语义（消除运行时路径不一致） 测试：733 passed（+4）；3 项失败仍为 dev-lifecycle.md deny 规则外部缺失
