This repo had no AGENTS.md; its .github/copilot-instructions.md was actually the repo's architecture/onboarding doc, not a Copilot review subset. Copilot code review now reads AGENTS.md from the repo root (GitHub changelog 2026-06-18), so rename the file to AGENTS.md — giving the repo a canonical, cross-tool instruction file that Copilot, Claude, Cursor, and Codex all read.
