Removes the weekly EndBug/label-sync workflow. This repo's labels are now reconciled declaratively by the Crossplane
IssueLabelsCR indevantler-tech/.githubdeploy/labels/— verified live before this sweep: the CR is Synced+Ready, so there is no label-management gap. Theactions/sync-github-labelscomposite itself is retired in a companion PR ondevantler-tech/actions; this workflow pins it by SHA, so merge order does not matter.
