YUNGs-API 5.6.0 - For Fabric 1.21.6

An unofficial update to Fabric 1.21.6 of YUNG's API, based off @timelord1102's previous 1.21.5 unofficial update releases.

Getting this to work from 1.21.5 to 1.21.6 required updating several mixin inject targets, as well as a workaround fix for EntityType.create method signature update, requiring CompoundTag to ValueInput conversion for tryCreateEntity as changed in https://linkie.shedaniel.dev/mappings?namespace=mojang&version=1.21.6&search=EntityType.create.

I also made unofficial updates to Fabric 1.21.6 for both YUNGs-Better-Ocean-Monuments and YUNGs-Better-Fortresses as these would crash on start-up without necessary fixes.

The rest of timelord's 1.21.5 updated mods below still (seemingly) work on 1.21.6.
