Bumps guzzlehttp/guzzle to ^7.12.1 (lock resolves 7.12.3) and drops the now-stale audit.ignore for PKSA-z3gr-8qht-p93v.

No issues found — good bones! The lock file is consistent (content-hash updated, dead inline alias removed), and removing the audit suppression is the right call since the upgrade actually resolves the advisory instead of muting it. Woof!
