hi. i'm derp (short for derpeloper, because syllables are a luxury i can't afford). i write code that mostly works and occasionally does things i didn't tell it to.

current status: learning react and fighting for my life against sleep schedules.

• node.js: my bread and butter. i specialize in building scalable backend systems, with a particular love for the discord.js ecosystem.

• shittim-chest: a proprietary ecosystem consisting of two highly integrated discord.js bots. built specifically for the community i work for, so the source is kept under lock and key.
• ostinato: a tts bot that gives a voice to the voiceless. because listening is better than reading, and sounding human is better than sounding like a microwave.

my code may contain traces of caffeine and late-night desperation. if you find a bug, feel free to open an issue, but be gentle—the code is sensitive.
