Vor einiger Zeit gab es bei Packagist eine Änderung, sodass die license Angabe SPDX kompatibel sein musste. Alles was nicht exakt dem Standard entsprach, wurde nicht aufgenommen. Vielleicht hat Packagist das wieder geändert. Trotzdem sollte man dem SPDX Standard folgen.
