Apply patches from commit 6e1fa07 to add Hygon TPM/TCM support:
- add ecc encrypt/decrypt support
- add support for udev to create tcm devices
Note: SM4 algorithm support patch removed as it is already upstream in 4.1.3

Log: add support for hygon tpm/tcm

1. Test TPM/TCM functionality on Hygon platforms
2. Verify ECC encrypt/decrypt operations
3. Check udev rules for TCM device creation

应用 commit 6e1fa07 的补丁以添加海光 TPM/TCM 支持：
