- Remove unused 'config' param from withAuth (internal only, not exported)
- Remove dead Config imports and config declarations from tests
- Remove redundant @typescript-eslint/eslint-plugin and @typescript-eslint/parser devDependencies (superseded by unified 'typescript-eslint' package)
- Fix stale comment in withAuth
- Add v2.0.0 CHANGELOG entry
