Chiudo: la CI conferma che pandas==3.0.4 e yanked su PyPI e non viene risolto da pip install -r requirements.txt su Python 3.12. Log rilevante: ERROR: Ignored the following yanked versions: 3.0.4 e No matching distribution found for pandas>=3.0.4. Quindi il bump proposto da Dependabot #37 non e applicabile; meglio restare su pandas>=3.0.3 finche non esce una versione successiva non yanked. |

Sostituisce #37, che e stata chiusa da Dependabot dopo il rebase su #36 ma non ha portato il bump su main.
Modifica unica: pandas>=3.0.3 -> pandas>=3.0.4 in
equirements.txt.
