No code changes. This branch exists solely to trigger a pull_request CI run against the current state of `upstream/main` so we can see which jobs fail purely due to today's PyPI drift (e.g. `databricks-vectorsearch>=0.74` removed the `VectorSearchIndex` re-export from `databricks.vector_search. client`), independent of any in-flight branch. DO NOT MERGE. Will close once the result is captured.
