Owner

Closes #4739.

Outcome

Adds a fail-closed Unity-MCP Observatory alignment lane that accepts read-only scene evidence only when the canonical project, persisted Custom mode, one loopback endpoint, editor liveness, MCP-reported Application.dataPath, permission-safe port status, and loaded scene all agree.

Focused proof

  • deterministic project, endpoint, Cloud-mode, ordering, failure, and redaction fixtures
  • Observatory shell-contract guardrails
  • validation-selector registration
  • live local MCP proof against the intended Observatory editor and FlagshipObservatoryStage
  • exact-head independent review with no actionable findings

Boundary

This proves local Unity editor, MCP endpoint, project, and scene alignment. It does not claim runtime integration, visual quality, or investor readiness; those remain in the dedicated Unity demo issues.
