A modern offline Android app for number-system conversion and binary arithmetic
BitFlip v4.0 is a modern, fast, and completely offline Android application designed to convert numbers between different bases, perform binary arithmetic, and solve complex math equations with a full scientific calculator — all with precision and clarity. Built with Kotlin and Jetpack Compose, this app provides not just the final result, but also the logical steps taken to reach it.

The fastest way to get the app on your phone:
- Download the APK: Click here to download the latest
.apk(or go to the Releases section). - Open the file: Tap the downloaded
.apkfile on your Android device. - Allow Installation: If prompted, allow "Install from unknown sources" in your security settings.
- Done! You're ready to start converting.
If you want to contribute or build the app yourself:
- Android Studio Ladybug (2024.2.1) or newer.
- JDK 17 or higher.
- Android SDK 35 installed.
- Clone the repo:
git clone https://github.com/cybersaad/BitFlip.git
- Open in Android Studio: Choose
Openand select the project folder. - Sync Gradle: Wait for the project to download all necessary dependencies.
- Run: Connect your device/emulator and click the Run button.
