Three small README cleanups:
code_of_conduct.md(lowercase) but the file isCODE_OF_CONDUCT.md(uppercase), causing a 404. The same README uses the correct case on line 105.region,timeout" → "features such asregion,timeout" (missing "as", added space after comma).Note
