Add the app platform beta developer portal, offline tutorials, known limitations, beta program runbook, and GitHub issue forms. Integrate deterministic docs, link, concept, and redaction evidence into release certification and the ecosystem matrix.
Update project docs and agent skills for the Trust Graph Preview module, beta docs certification checks, app-review governance evidence, and release-manager redaction guidance.
Restrict the docs redaction allowlist to the concrete /app/node route so local /app/... paths remain blocked. Add regression coverage for plain and file: URI forms.
