Description of changes:
This PR adds two new command-line parameters to allow each variation in the size of Customer and Products data bases, each time these data bases are rebuilt. By varying the sizes of the data bases, we increase the probability that fragmentation causes humongous allocations to fail. Use these options to test GC mechanisms that are designed to improve handling of humongous allocations.
