- Created a new localization file for Portuguese (Portugal) in `locales/pt-PT/ui.ftl`. - Updated Giphy service to support Portuguese (Portugal) locale in `giphy.ts`. - Enhanced Perspective service to recognize Portuguese (Portugal) locale in `perspective.ts`.
