Rebases the 4 Coralogix patches from
v57.1.0-cx.0onto upstream57.3.1:extend_nullspanic for UnionArray (Fixextend_nullspanic for UnionArray apache/arrow-rs#9607 backport)Motivation: pick up the upstream fix for the adaptive predicate pushdown regression (apache#9239, fixed by apache#9301 in 57.3.0), plus the additional fixes in 57.3.1.
