Release version 0.47.0 of the Profound SDK

• Bumps the package version from 0.46.0 to 0.47.0 in pyproject.toml, _version.py, and the release manifest
• Adds an optional citation_category string field to the DataCitationDetail model in prompt_answers_response.py; the field is included in parsing and serialization when present
• Updates the OpenAPI spec URL and hash in .stats.yml to reflect the new spec
