This PR adds a new web UI (TUI unchanged, just as good as always) that can be opened by hitting the "d" key within Gonzo's existing TUI. It adds a lot of awesome visuals and nav, based on the same core engine and data. Which by the way, was modified quite a bit to make it more efficient and consumable by both interfaces at the same time.
