feat: add toolbar with composio tools.#4

this will let people enable, disable and connect to composio tools. have to implement the functionality of saving the connected toolkit state and then using the composio tools. next things: - saving the enabled/disabled state of the toolkits locally - sending the toolkit slugs to chat route on sending message. - implement UI for showing tool calls - implement UI for connecting with a tool during a chat session - use `useSWR` and wrap the toolkit endpoint in cache
