I get the idea, but we already have some duplicates and this might prevent users from logging into their intended account based on the case, so this needs careful consideration before merging, also the pull request does more than that, you're disabling helot and beatstick, not cool XD

Prevent the ability to create multiple accounts under the same name by simply changing the case of a letter
