Automated dependency update:

• Updated nixpkgs flake input
• Synced stack.yaml snapshot with nixpkgs LTS version
• Updated Cabal/Cabal-syntax to latest from Hackage
• Regenerated nix package definitions

It looks like this actually rolls back the stack snapshot a few minor versions. 🙈

Hopefully that's alright --- the idea is that the deployment build via Nix is in sync with a standard stack build. Usually that means being a few minor versions back since new snapshots have to percolate through Nixpkgs.

So perhaps they sync or merge once a month? Or maybe it's best effort?
