I'm a Senior Product Manager with 12+ years in enterprise SaaS. At Employ Inc. (parent of Jobvite, Lever, and JazzHR), I lead AI product strategy across three applicant tracking systems.
What makes my profile unusual: I don't just manage AI products — I build with AI. I was the first at Employ to adopt vibe coding as a prototyping methodology, trained 15 Product and Design team members, and independently shipped a full SaaS product in production on my own time.

1. Build first, debate second.
A working prototype reveals more in one demo than three weeks of PRD debate. Vibe coding lets me get something real in front of stakeholders in hours — then iterate on signal, not assumptions.
2. AI is a multiplier, not a feature.
The best AI products solve a real problem that AI happens to unlock. I evaluate every AI solution through three lenses: does it save the user time, reduce uncertainty, or surface something they couldn't see before?
3. Revenue is the proof.
Strategy without ARR is a hypothesis. I architect AI solutions with pricing and monetization baked in from day one — not bolted on after.
