vikle 1.0.0-beta

First public beta of vikle — a standalone Android app that searches Vinted, eBay and Kleinanzeigen at once.

⚠️ Personal use only. vikle scrapes public listing pages, which lives in a legal grey zone and generally runs against those sites' terms of service. Use it for low-volume, personal experimentation. You are responsible for how you use it.

Install

1. Download vikle-1.0.0-beta.apk below on your Android phone (Android 8.0+ / minSdk 26).
2. Enable "install from unknown sources" if prompted, then open the APK to install.

This is a debug-signed build for sideloading — not a Play Store release.

What's in it

• Search across all three marketplaces with a rich query syntax (-word, "phrase", (a | b), title:, wild*, /regex/, price:10-50), platform toggles, sort modes, list/grid views, a full filter sheet, cross-platform de-duplication, deal highlighting, saved searches & history.
• Map tab: results plotted on an interactive map via a fully offline German postal-code dataset.
• Settings: light/dark/system theme, optional local Ollama term expansion, data controls.

Known limitations

• Scrapers depend on the marketplaces' current page structure and may break if they change their sites.
• Debug signing; no auto-update.
• eBay occasionally serves a bot-check that can make a search return no eBay results — retry.
