hep-tools

hep-tools is a set of scripts to do analyses, mainly at KCMS computing facilities.

Main tools:

• create-batch - Submit cmsRun jobs. Supports job splitting and submitting at lxplus(lsb), KISTI T3(condor), KNU T2/T3(pbs)
• haddFast - Faster hadd. Run the hadd command splitting by 10 files and do the final merge.
• crabmon - A graphical interface of crab3 to manage multiple crab jobs. Runs with SimpleHTTPD mode if Tkinter is not supported
• crabsub - A graphical interface of crab3 to submit multiple crab jobs. Requires Tkinter
• dumpRoot - Saves TCanvas, TH1 as image files, keeping the same directory structure
• runLumiCalc - A wrapper script to run the brilCalc tool. Installs all necessary packages from brilconda, downloads normtag files and runs the brilCalc tool with standard option.
