💡 What: Replaced nested loop interpolation in nasa_data.py with vectorized operations using scipy.spatial.distance.cdist.
🎯 Why: The original iterative approach was O(N*M) and blocked the thread for seconds on larger grids.
📊 Impact: Reduced execution time from ~1.5s to ~0.005s for 20x20 grids (>100x speedup).
🔬 Measurement: Verified with test_nasa_data.py including a new test case for the interpolation path.
