Recommended way

fork/copy the TinyMceZUpAll
when renaming, keep at least TinyMceZUp (ensures correct loading)
reorder toolbar buttons in classes/TinyMceZUpAll.php
upload to the system/modules folder of yout Contao installation
ensure all used plugins are installed
