This repo contains the sound and animation data for Vector and is automatically called when downloading the victor source code

May I make a PR?

PRs are allowed in the following circumstances:

• an animation is obviously broken/unfinished, and the PR resolves this
• you are adding a new animation (please include a video with your PR of the new animation)
