This pull request standardizes the download icon used throughout the application by replacing various download icons (such as GetAppIcon and CloudDownloadIcon) with CloudDownloadOutlinedIcon from Material-UI. This change ensures a consistent user interface for all download buttons and removes redundant imports and icon usages.

Icon Standardization:

• Replaced all instances of GetAppIcon and CloudDownloadIcon with CloudDownloadOutlinedIcon in download-related buttons across multiple components, including change requests, CMS widgets, listings, surveillance, and reports. Code Cleanup:
