- **State summary**: The `buildCastExplanation` function spans ~2400 lines with 120+ statistical fields. 731+ stale `auto/` branches on remote. The autonomous loop has been in HARD STOP state for 12+ consecutive runs; parallel sessions continue adding metrics between halt runs. Halting again this run.
