Add candidateScoreNonWinnerQMToAMRatio: ratio of non-winner quadratic mean to arithmetic mean (QM/AM). Always >= 1 by Power Mean inequality. Carries the elegant identity QM/AM = sqrt(1 + CV^2), derived from QM^2 = AM^2 + stdDev^2. For n=3: equals sqrt(2*(r^2+t^2))/(r+t).
