My research project on medical NLP. The objective is to extract ADE and related indications from clinical documents. The BERT code is modified version of huggingface/pytorch-pretrain-BERT package developed by huggingface researcher, the original codes are available from https://github.com/huggingface/pytorch-pretrained-BERT
