Hi, I'm Cher

I’m a postdoc researcher at the Lancaster University working on understanding coral reef energetic links with their surrounding seas.

I like combining Bayesian modelling with other quantitative approaches to answer ecological questions, mainly surrounding biodiversity, how ecosystems function, and how animals participate in all that. The repos here deal primarily with my community ecology research, but I have a few resources on ecoinformatics developed for the BioTIME database
