The main routine is photochemistry.f

For testing, the initial gas concentrations are given in the folder 
CONTROL/dem_Exp/
The simulated gas concentrations are written in the folder RESULTS/test/
To visualize the output concentrations, use visu_concentrations.py

The order and list of gas species are given in the file species-racm2.dat
