This pull request standardizes and translates the Swagger/OpenAPI @tag annotations across various controllers to English. It updates existing Korean tags to English and adds missing @tag annotations to controllers such as Chatbot, Coupon, Notification, Store Remain, Review, Store, and Vacancy.
