Don't write junk past where the source file ends. Don't crash with memory error due to reading past the end of the buffer. Write 00 to trailing bytes of RAM.
There have been many forks of this code, so version number may be not so meaningful.

It has been tested on LPC 1822 and LPC1837, but LPC1822 needs to modify the code before ISP, and modify other Id codes.
